I think I have resolved it.
Did a clean install, which I dont think had anything to do with it since I crashed even after.
Then I put everything at low and disabled all features except "enable particles" and this seems to work.
Atleast I can play and not crash that often.
I have a feeling my graphics card has been not so good even from start, but I CAN play crysis so it might be just a minor failure.
Anyhow...thx for all you guys helping me.
