Still no Partisan scrolls of warfare or dreamforging for LOE.
Are they dropped only on specific maps or at specific NM level ?

There is also no partisan dreamforging scroll on market and only 1 warfare one at 200 000 soul shards...

And sentior do you have around the same amount of those as other scrolls or far less ?

Um... again... yes, they're drops... just super rare... the one I got was between the Dark Path boss territory and the Dark Breed boss territory... it dropped from a regular map.

Wizards scroll of Ore Mining would appear to be non-existant this era as well. None in the vault, none in the Market, and well past the area that should be dropping these now, yet 9 Wizards of Stone and 6 Wizards of Lumbering in the market for sale... It's the only thing holding DIE back from completing resource quests.

We now have 1 Partisan DF scroll and still 0 Partisan Warfare scrolls, I'm not sure whether it was bought or not.

As for Wizards of Ore Mining, we did get the 4 needed and we don't have that many more of Lumbering and Stone... so it does not look especially rare.
One thing I am not sure about is if some drops are specific to specific pve lvl maps:
For instance Wizard Ore mining would be available on lvl 38 and Wizard Stone on lvl 39.
Or if all 4% scrolls should drop with same probability on each land.

Havn't noticed anything of the like.
Looking trough our vault we also still have 2 partisan dreamforging. Will most likely put them up for sale.

Slightly off topic but wanted to ask if the Quest ladder has been made to show the CV with the most quests completed and then sorted alphabetically or is it sorted by who finished the quests first?

I would guess it's alphabetical, like for all other ladders.

The quest numbers are reachable be cv that are able to gain and maintan island territoriesthe hardest part is trophies and that gets to try everyone in cv to try support getting them. I been working through the system to get our cv number one for while. now we are even though the ingrediants are harder to come by even in top cv. the problem most are seeing is that the game is tending to push everyone to pvp even though thats not there skills i believe everyone should do little pvp but shouldn't be forced to do it
