Rewards from the era of Change

I think maybe there should be some scale of activity for the eras of change to determine which players should get some sort of bonus amount of tribute (or something else) for the relaunch

Any ideas?

Sure?

Give the top 100 in Gnosis or another ladder 2k tribute
Top 50 in gnosis or another ladder 4k tribute
top 20 in gnosis or another ladder 6k tribute
Top 10 in gnosis or another ladder 8k tribute
Top 5 in gnosis or another ladder 10k etc.

OR

Give the top 20 in all ladders 2.5k tribute
Give the top 10 in all laders 5k tribute
Give the top 5 in all ladders 8k tribute etc.

Something along those lines I think would work well.

I think thats a little too simple. . .

and...WHY exactly does it need to be complicated?

It will not be a race to get more tribute here... that would almost be contra-productive

Also please know that we can learn just as much from someone who doesn't push himself to play on 5-6 lvls over his own pve level and thereby gets bigger gains but someone who plays like the average player and more casual than top players.

Its about playing the game and giving us feedback, not competing in fact we do not want it to be a competition now as that brings out the worst in some players.

Example: We definitely don't want to see is noob bashing and preventing people from capturing territories. Let non elite players try out the world bosses too please.
